This event simply would not be possible if it were not for you wonderful people. Before, during and after the event, help is always needed and very much appreciated. You will also be given a free t-shirt as a thank you for giving up your time.
If you feel that you are able to spare us a few hours then you have come to the right place. We have a variety of roles which are essential to the smooth running of this event and your help would be invaluable to us. Examples of the areas where help would be appreciated are:

Water stations

Registration desks (handing out race numbers)

Handing out of finisher mementos after the race
